Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and standard USPS, UPS rates.

Domestic Shipping:

We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided with every order.

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. at the moment.

Delays:

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather conditions.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at zoieskloset@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
